100% Refund: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fees.

- 20% Refund: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will be eligible for a partial refund, equivalent to 20% of the registration fees.

- No Refunds: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for any refund.
